الفترات الانتقالية مسؤولية كبيرة (اضحك بأعلى صوتك)

تمثل الفترات الانتقالية والحكومات الانتقالية التي من المفترض أن تمهد الطريق للديمقراطية أخطر حالة المسؤولية على الإطلاق! لماذا؟ ببساطة لأنه من النادر للغاية أن تحقق الفترات الانتقالية والحكومات الانتقالية نجاحًا سليمًا.

الأحزاب السياسية الحكيمة والذكية تتعامل مع تشكيل الفترات الانتقالية والحكومات الانتقالية لكنها تتجنب المشاركة فيها. إنهم يميلون إلى لعب دور المخرجين في صناعة الأفلام؛ والمخرجون يصنعون الأفلام، ولكنهم لا يعرضون في الفيلم كممثلين.

هناك ثلاثة أنواع من الأحزاب السياسية التي تنغمس في المشاركة في فيلم الفترات الانتقالية والحكومات الانتقالية كممثلين:

• أولاً، الحزب الغبي سياسياً الذي يفتقر بشدة إلى أي قدرة فكرية؛

• ثانياً، الحزب السياسي الذي يروج للسلطة، حيث يتعلق هذا الترويج للسلطة فقط بعصمته القيادية؛

• ثالثاً الأحزاب السياسية التي لا تسمح لها شعبيتها الرقيقة بالتطلع إلى الاقتراع.

ولكن الحزب السياسي الغبي المطلق هو الذي يشارك كفاعل بحقه في الفترات الانتقالية والحكومات الانتقالية بسبب الجمع بين الاحتمالات الثلاثة أعلاه. لماذا؟ لأنه سيكون محكوم عليه بالفشل إلى الأبد! كيف؟ لأنها إما ستكون مشروطة بفترات انتقالية، مع فترات طويلة من السبات، أو ربما ستحدد فترة حياتها الفترة الانتقالية جدا وحكومتها الانتقالية. في جميع الحالات، هذا الحزب السياسي سوف ينتحر. فقط الأطراف الغبية التي تنتحر.

تلعب الأحزاب السياسية الذكية والذكية أدوارًا حيوية في تشكيل وتوجيه الفترات الانتقالية والحكومات المؤقتة، بينما تستعد نفسها للاقتراع.

Transitional Periods are Big Liability

Transitional periods and interim governments that are supposed to pave the way to democracy represent the most dangerously precarious state of LIABILITY ever! Why? Simply because it is extremely rare that transitional periods and interim governments strike a sound success.
The wise and intelligent political parties do deal with the formation of transitional Periods and interim governments, but they do avoid participating in them. They tend to play the role of the directors in film- making; the directors do make the films, however they don’t show in the film as actors.
There are three kinds of political parties that indulge themselves in participating in the film of transitional periods and interim governments as actors:

• First, the politically stupid party that acutely lacks any intellectual capacity;
• Second, the power-monger political party, where this power- mongering solely pertains to its leadership clique;
• Third, the political parties that their thin popularity does not allow them to aspire for the ballot.
  However, the ABSOLUTE STUPID political party is the one that participates as an actor in its own right in transitional periods and interim governments because of combining the above three probabilities. Why? Because it will be doomed for ever! How? Because it will either be conditioned by transitional periods, with long periods of hibernation, or its life span will probably be determined by the very transitional period and its interim government. In all cases, such a political party will be committing suicide. Only desperately stupid parties that commit suicide.
  Clever and intelligent political parties do play vital roles in shaping and directing transitional periods and interim governments, while bracing themselves for the ballot. *MJH* Khartoum – 27 March 2023
