Darfur Union in the United Kingdom: – The Assassination of Khamis Abdullah Abaker and Other Crimes Committed by the Rapid Speed Forces/Janjaweed are Systematic, not Sporadic/ Isolated Incidents
Darfur Union in the United Kingdom: – All the pillars of the crime indicate a direct involvement of the Rapid Speed Forces (RSF)/ Janjaweed militia is the force in the killing of Khamis Abdullah Abaker – Governor of West Darfur. Torturing and killing civilians or prisoners of war (POW) is a systematic policy l practiced by this force since its formation by Omar al-Bashir.
Hemiditi/ RSF is an evolution of the forces that was/is the gun on the ground and the killing apparatus throughout the history of the ongoing genocide in Darfur – and before that the government of Sadiq al-Mahdi planted the early seed for the formation of the early version of this force. This development culminated in 2013, 2017, 2020, with a series of decisions of varying severity has led to this brutal force that continues to use torture killing and mutilates the bodies of the victims as a method to spread terror and force their agendas of demographic changes.
It is worth mentioning that this barbaric group has alway privileged from a political cover given by parties or ruling parties, back then and now, without this political umbrella, the evolution would have resulted in a dead body

The assassination of Governor Khamis Abaker was not the first; there are several examples of such practices, which in their kind represent war crimes and crimes against humanity; a few are highlighted here, the assassination of Ali al-Fadl (Ref. 1), the murder of of 28 Ramadan POW, the killing of POW from JEM and SLA/MM and detainees of the Darfur revolution in 2015 and 2017 (Reference No. 2); This is a limited part of what this Janjaweed group have committed, and it does highlight the brutality and doctrine that they are exercising.
The international community, human rights organisations and political bodies are monitoring what these forces, spawned from the womb of the ruined structure of the regular forces, are doing. And all keep repeating the following statement “we are concerned about what is happening and we are monitoring the situation closely” in light of the return of the Janjaweed to practice the worst forms of oppression and abuse against the Sudanese citizens everywhere and in Darfur in particular, with major focus nowadays on El Geneina, Kutum, and Zalingei.
With this effect, DARFUR Union in the UK calls on these local and regional forces plus the international community to make make a historic stand and classify these forces (RSF) as terrorists and pursue them everywhere. Furthermore for the political parties in Khartoum to remove the political cover from this terrorist genocidal organisation. Failure to do so will result in a wave of war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity, which will soon culminate in what is known as genocide 2 spread over a larger area if the aforementioned Local, Regional and International groups do not take clear and direct positions.
